01 Quality capacity
Immetech has a perfect quality control system to ensure that all the output products and molds are beyond customer demand. Our company has passed the ISO 13485 medical device quality management system certification and IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management system.
Combined with the efficient application of quality technical tool process confirmation, APQP product advance planning, FMEA potential failure mode analysis, SPC statistical process control, MSA measurement system analysis, PPAP production inspection approval procedures, to avoid or reduce the risk of potential failure, shorten the cycle time and resource waste.
Synchronously reduce the dependence on routine inspection, through timed observation and systematic measurement methods instead of a large number of inspection and verification work, truly achieve fast, accurate and efficient quality assurance and meet customer requirements.
02 Quality control
We continue to improve our quality management level. Advanced 3D CMM Hexagon coordinate measurement and 2.5D coordinate measurement, EROWA whole-process mold manufacturing control system, to ensure that every part and product production is inspected and tested in strict accordance with the quality control system, accuracy to meet and exceed the design requirements.
Our quality control system can detect potential product defects early and take necessary preventive and corrective actions to protect your project.
