01 Mold making
Our company has a large number of imported processing equipment, including DMG MORI high-speed 5-axis / 3-axis CNC machining center imported from Japan, FANUC high-speed machining center imported from Japan, Makino/Mitsubishi mirror spark EDM machines, Sodick slow-feeding wire cutting machines, large omiron double headed EDM machine, 3D CMM Hexagon coordinate measurement and other advanced equipment. The accuracy of the equipment can reach 0.001mm, and it can undertake 50-60 sets of large, medium and small molds development, design and production tasks every month. The maximum mold weight is up to 20 tons and the maximum mold size is 2m. Able to effectively deal with all kinds of plastic molds, die casting molds manufacturing and precision parts processing, EROWA's whole-process mold manufacturing control system ensures that the accuracy of each mold and product meets and exceeds the design requirements.
02 Injection molding
Immetech is an expert in injection molding, relying on Japan's Sumitomo, Toshiba, Germany's Demag and other high-speed electric injection molding machines, with Haitian and Zhafir injection molding machines, plus 10K medical grade clean workshop and 300K grade clean injection molding workshop to provide service for your product production. Products are widely used in the automotive industry, medical equipment, optical products, precision connectors, household appliances, artificial intelligence, electronic consumption, communication equipment, security and new energy and energy conservation and other fields.
03 Finished product assembly
Immetech has 3 dust-free assembly lines, which can meet the requirements of high cleanliness product assembly services. Our product engineers, process engineers and quality engineers work perfectly together to provide guarantee for customer product assembly. Strict incoming inspection and process control ensure that every circuit board, every product part are strictly inspected and tested to meet the needs of customers’ "one-stop" procurement and provide customers with comprehensive supporting services.
